Susy Pintus – Live for your love

Sardinian-born singer Susy Pintus not only had an underground disco hit with the well-known “C’est magnifique”, but also managed to publish several other tracks over the years. This is the flipside of her 1986 italo-disco single, a release intended for non-italian markets only and never made available in Italy. Despite being an example of the so called “late” italo-disco (1986 was one of the last good years for the genre) “Live for your love” is a grower and not an easy catch on the market.

Is it correct to define it as “intelligent italo”?

i assume it can be defined intelligent italo, though the genre had really few examples – particularly when italo was fading – to produce a proper “intelligent” strain like happened for other styles
